asbestos damage

Wondering about fiberglass, and asbestos?
For about a week i worked with my friends dad fixing up an old house. i removed old insulation, and put new insulation in. i was wondering if this short amount of time working with insulation had any effect on my lungs. At another time i spent probably 10 hours total stripping and handling asbestos wire with intent to sell it to a scrap yard. i was unaware that it could cause damage until a friend of my dads told me. how much damage do you think that did? i am wondering all of this because cross country running season is starting soon, and i am looking for ways to increase lung capacity, and strengthen my lungs, is there any way to repair the damage done?
thankss :]
i wasent wearing a mask because i diden tknow it was harmful at the time
This is very little exposure to be worried. The diseases develop after years of exposure. You would know if you were sick because you would develop shortness of breath while doing even simple things, and your lungs would be filling up with fluid from infection or blood in more severe cases.
