emphysema heart rate

I am 64 yr old male and my heart heart rate is running around 47-55 lately, normally it is about 65-70.?
I am not an athlete and the only thing I do is golf and work around the house. I have emphysema and COPD and an enlarged heart with two stents installed, one in 1998 and one in 2002. I am concerned about this lower heart rate that I never had trouble with before./
The only heart medication I am on is Fludrocortisone 0.1 mg tab Glo. It is supposed to help keep my blood pressure up.
First things first: How do you feel? Some people run at this rate and feel fine. You do need to notify the Dr. who manages your medication. You may need an adjustment. You may also need an EKG, Echo, or stress test to see how your heart is currently functioning.
Secondly it shouldn’t have anything to do with your blood pressure. Normally you HR increases with a low blood pressure to attempt to compensate.
Lastly lisinopril is an ACE-inhibitor not a beta blocker.
